JD, Role and Requirement: Business Development - 1 Delhi&nbsp; Business Development - 1 Bangalore Job Responsibilities: - Lead the function of taking a disruptive way of Influencer Marketing to brands &amp; agencies. - Responsible for Sales &amp; Revenue, vis-a-vis: pitching Voxxy Media - A Global Influencer Marketing &amp; Content Agency to the brands and agencies for influencer and content marketing campaigns and social media activations for India &amp; Global Markets - Build &amp; execute a strategy to target more brands to grow the revenues &amp; profitability of the overall business - Create strategic partnerships/relations with brands &amp; agencies that create more accounts &amp; revenue streams. - Establish contact with brands and work on building strong plans, campaigns. Network with and build relationships with clients and agencies - Ideating and churning out creative pitches for prospective clients. - Working with leadership teams to ensure client's campaign deliverables &amp; objectives are creatively and efficiently met. Qualifications: - MBA or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institute. - Minimum relevant work experience of 5 - 6+ years. - Successfully held leadership / entrepreneurial roles in Business Development / Growth at Digital or Media agencies - Has a strong personal/professional network of Brand Managers, Agencies (preferred) Ideal candidate's skill sets: - Entrepreneurial !! - Ability to create &amp; grow markets in India &amp; outside India - Rich understanding of the Digital &amp; Influencer Marketing space. - Thorough understanding of how social media &amp; digital media works - Familiarity with multiple digital platforms - Good with creating pitches on PowerPoint / Keynote. - Excellent leadership &amp; communication skills - Understanding and experience in executing influencer campaigns
