We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background working in a Marketing Agency environment to join our team at HighonBuzz. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing partnerships with brands, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential brand partners for influencer marketing collaborations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing professionals

- Understand client objectives and propose tailored influencer marketing solutions

- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with brands

- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction

- Ensure release of timely payments from the Clients

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements:

- 5 to 7 years of experience working with a Marketing Agency, preferably Influencer Marketing Agency

- Strong network and connections with brands in the industry

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

- In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
