About the role:.

Position: Manager - Business Development.

Business Unit - Safe Storage.

Location: Chennai/Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategy to increase business from non-banking segment for long term business goals.

- Achieve assigned sales goals as well as revenue goals.

- Identifying, hunting new non-banking customer from corporates large retail format customers /- PSU and other Government Department.

- Travel throughout the region, Identify and map the customers from the above-mentioned segments and work on generating enquiries.

- Account management & Relationship Building: Manage acquired accounts, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions to address their requirements.

- Establish strong channel relationship to train and educate the channel partners and their team for following up on the various enquiries to create sales funnel.

- Responsible for acquisition and retention of non-banking accounts.

- Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs, and determine ideal solutions.

- Lead landscape analysis and relationship building for new business.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally regarding product strategy, market trend, technology, and pricing with the intent of driving business expansion.

- Strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the acquisition of non-banking business, Government and retail chain accounts.

- The ideal candidate will lead business growth efforts, establish relationships, and drive revenue by acquiring and managing key accounts.

Qualification:.

E. Proven track record of working with products relevant to B2B customers.

- Should have experience dealing with large organizations, corporates as well as Government organizations at Higher levels.
