Roles and Responsibilities:
- New IT/NON-IT Direct Client Acquisition for the Recruitment team.
- Meet potential new clients and turn this into business opportunities.
- Must have pre-work experience in various areas of Business Development including Market Research, Database building, inside sales, Lead generation, campaign management, Managed Services, and Client Relationships for the USA and Canada regions.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new & existing clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have good contacts.
- Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) -are fulfilled promptly.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company and employees' capabilities.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose to enhance the company's performance.
