Business development manager- Logistics
Core Responsibilities :
- This is a sales role. Person will be responsible for B2B sales in the entire cluster.
- Achievement of sales targets for the clusters
- New business development
- Retention of existing business
- Maintaining existing client relationships
- Ensuring 100% reviews of service with existing customers on service performance
- Growing business from existing clients
- Maintain quality of business (yield)
- Maintaining credit days and on time collections
- Team performance
Qualifications :
Education : IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs, NSIT, DCE) + IIM/Tier-1 MBA colleges (NMIMS, FMS, Symbiosis, XLRI)
- Min 70% marks through out
Years of experience : 4
Professional attributes : Prior B2B sales experience
- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales
- Experience in new business development
Personal attributes :
- Looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring new clients and manage existing client relationships.
- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.
- This role requires the candidate to build, lead and mentor his/her team.
