Role - Business Development (Logistics)

Designation - Area Manager

Location - Bangalore

Note - Should be experienced in 3PL, 4PL Logistics. A person should be aware of the South India Market and Business in Logistics minimum 3-4 States.

Performance Objectives -

1. To generate New Business for the defined geography.

2. Managing an effective & efficient Sales funnel/pipeline

3. Adhering to Sales Discipline

4. Understanding Customer Needs (Both Explicit & Implicit)

5. Strategic planning with SMART objectives for the defined geography

Key Performance Indicator:-

1. Revenue generated & Profitability

2. Current Opportunities & closing ratio

3. Customer meetings

4. Profling sheet of every customer in pipeline.

5. Business Plan with Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic & Time bound objectives broken down into short term & long term goals aligned with organization vision & mission
