Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing Industry

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy, including identifying new markets, generating leads, and closing new business deals.

3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.

4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products/services, outlining the value proposition to potential clients.

6. Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to the management team.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.
