The person will be responsible for achieving the Revenue and Sales AOP target for different LOBs for the given Industry Verticals. (non-Govt & non-BFSI) in the specific territory. B.Tech with Marketing Key Role Deliverables - Will be responsible for driving sales target for respective industry verticals as per AOP - Should have excellent account management skills and be able to connect with CXO of the respective accounts. - Will be responsible to meet Sales Quota on regular intervals and be able to qualify for incentive programs. - Will be responsible for setting-up framework for developing and optimizing the outcomes, setting new methods and improve market share in the specific industry verticals. - He/she will be responsible to cultivate and drive large deals and take support of presales and Practice team to close the sales - Competency Assessment and Capability creation at the team level - Sales experience handling Industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, FMCG. Qualification & Experience - - B. Tech/Post Graduate with major in Marketing or Management - Total Experience: 10 Years in Sales/Account Management/Business development - Strategic Capability in the areas of Market/Planning/Channels/Customers - Knowledge of different IT Platforms/Tools - Good knowledge of IMS & Cloud product portfolio and related products and services - Techno-commercial understanding, Costing/pricing and delivery CXO presentation, prerequisites for specific products - Execution excellence, Internal Stakeholder Management Skills, People Leadership, Assertiveness - Excellent Relationship with key CIO/CTO in the respective region - Self-starter and motivated
