Chennai - BDM:
- Creating a strategy to drive sales for IT services and products including but not limited to Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics, RPA, Application Development and QA
- Producing proposals and presentations for customers to land new projects within an array of IT solutions and services.
- Responding to RFP's and RFI's to win new business in a highly competitive environment.
- Developing a comprehensive account plan to cross sell and upsell to different LOB's.
- Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities.
- Liaising existing relationships to start business conversations with new LOB's. Converting such leads to business opportunities and closures.
- Building long term relationships with key personnel within customer accounts.
- Monitoring client satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
- Generating ideas for new revenue within large customers.
