Urgent requirement for Business Development opportunities (Lead/ Sr. Executive & Executive) for Gurgaon location.
Qualification: B.Tech (CS) and MBA preferred for Lead.
Experience: 3 to 10 Years in Software sales (both domestic and international markets).
JD :
- Team Lead - required to explore new business opportunities and facilitate existing partners by meeting their ongoing needs of data erasure. Explore new business opportunities, Search for new partners like ITADs, Recyclers, R2s, E-waste handlers,
- Resellers, Enterprises, MSPs for expanding Data Erasure business and market reach globally
- Connect with them on LinkedIn, Calls & Emails to initiate the tie-up.
- Manage Leads and Opportunities through CRM.
Facilitate Existing Partners :
- Builds relationships with partners for recurring business
- Communicate and inform proactively about new product launches, special offers and bundle offerings etc to existing partners.
- Proactively respond to & resolves partner inquiries & concerns.
Onboarding New Partner :
- Smooth Transition & Deployment for Product sold
- Notifying partners of new product release and updates.
- Update partners and send required collaterals for new releases & features.
Quotations, Invoices and MIS :
- Prepare MIS for Partner Business
- Generate Quotations and Invoices.
- Maintain Reports.
- Update Social Media and other relevant groups Events Participation
- Represent company in International trade shows and get incremental business.
Skills needed :
1) Good in Spoken and WrittenEnglish.
2) Sales Oriented and Good skills in account management
3) StrongInterpersonal,Communication & PresentationSkills.
4) TechnicallySound
5) Team Leading Experience is must (at least for 3years)
