Manager - Business Development
Requirements :
- Candidate should be well versed with IT Sales & Marketing.
- New Client Acquisition, through cold calling, social networks, generating and converting leads
- Bring in new business and exquisite market-trending clients.
- Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
- Understand the different segments within the field of IT and match the requirements of the customer & map it to the services of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization.
- Responsible for arranging meetings with the customers and also leading these meetings
- Assist with technical recruitment
- Assist Pre Sales in developing RFPs and customized proposals based on the client requirements.
- Prepare excellent Marketing materials, case studies, presentations, documentations etc. using MS Office, Slide Share, etc.
- Good command on documentation and presentation tools.
- Should have strong knowledge of LinkedIn for data mining and research.
- Should be strong with MS Office tools: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Desired Profile :
- Undergraduate from any specialization
- Postgraduates preferred
