About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to be part of the core marketing team and work directly with the CEO/CRO. The primary market to be targeted is the USA with India and South East Asia being secondary markets. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team building a global market leading product. The company has successfully completed its seed round and will be looking to raise its series A next year.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Managers on Segmentation and Targeting for Lead Generation.

- Collaborate with the CRM executive to classify leads generated and qualify

- Take end to end responsibility of the qualified leads including reach out,solutioning, demos and closure

- Be accountable to top management for quarterly and annual targets

What you will need (Essential Skills & Qualifications) :

- Master's Degree in Business Management

- 4+ years of experience in Business Development

- Spent time in or have direct business development experience in a SaaS based technology company is preferred .

- Direct hands on experience in managing client lifecycle

- Self-motivated and resourceful with ability to work across functions and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
