Manager - Business Development - IT

We have a very urgent position in one of the top IT company in Asia across the following location - Thailand

CTC:- Negotiable based on current CTC, experience, interview status.

POSITION: Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Candidate needs to have good experience in selling IT solutions for Banking, Government or Manufacturing industries

- Overall 10+ years of experience, with minimum 6+ years of relevant sales experience in Software Industry

- Strong Sales expertise and Industry knowledge with an operational understanding of the key business activities and processes of IT, Application Services and Engineering Services. Should have past experience in working for a Systems integrator companies like Accenture, IBM or product companies like Oracle, Microsoft or SAP

- Able to develop and close sales opportunities with Client's Delivery teams including the making of bids and pursuits and deals.

- Should have experience in the System Integrator business

- Is able to create Market-based services propositions and develop the sub-market from a Sales perspective.

- Commercially savvy: understands targets, revenue, and margins, and can integrate these into actionable steps with end to end ownership.

- Proven sales and consulting expertise and leadership abilities to be credible in front of - C- level client contacts.

- Able to integrate into the global team and leverage existing domain/excellence expertise from within the global organization

- Should have past experience in South East Asia Region
