Urgent Hiring for Manager Business Development for a Leading Infrastructure for Noida Location.

Position: Manager

Department: Business Development

Budget: - Up to 20 LPA

Education: B.E./B.Tech. (Mech./Elec.) / Post Graduate - Marketing or equivalent.

Experience: 12 - 15 Yrs ( 5 yrs + MEP Project )

Responsibility :

- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Enquiry generation.

- Setting of PQ conditions in various tenders based on credentials available with us.

- Prepare Prequalification documents for each job.

- Bid compilation.

- To qualify the bid after submission.

- Convert the enquiry into Business

Additional Skills:

- Proven experience as Business Development Manager.

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

- BE/B- Tech in Mechanical or Electrical. Post Graduate - Marketing or equivalent.

- Relevant industry experience.

- Who can talk to customer for a MEP Project of 100 Cr to 500 Cr.

- Hands on experience of Business development.

- Hard core knowledge of Tender EQC (Evaluation Qualification Criteria) - Very Important.

- Capabilities to insert our suitable conditions in tender.

- Capability of Bid Compilation.
