Job Title: Business Development Manager
Report to: Director/Dept: Marketing
Company Profile / Job Purpose:
- The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate revenue through business development to corporate clients, planning a marketing strategy for different types of industries.
- Acquisition of key accounts and account management
- They should have hands on experience of the wide range of marketing tools, be self-motivated and self- manage as well as working well as part of a small team.
- Must work independently and take lead in ensuring targets and timelines are met.
- Must have hands on experience in development and presenting the sale and marketing proposal and presentation to the clients.
Main Duties & Responsibility:
- To create customized marketing strategies, pricing strategy, competitive advantage, brand building, premium service niche etc. and accountable for strategies and marketing objectives
- Developing market intelligence, key accounts, competitor information.
- To manage and take responsibility of all clients, managing and delivering all aspects of their marketing requirement and building excellent client relations.
- Marketing (adding up new clients) developing a database of existing as well as new clients.
- Should be able to generate and maintain strong client al database
- Develop marketing proposals as per clients requirements
- Maintaining payment data for all the clients (follow up for outstanding payments)
- Develop SLA for all the clients
- Meetings with senior staff for new ideas/concepts new trends up in the market
- Maintain a proper portfolio of accounts.
- Responsibility for monitoring MIS/Daily sales report/ customer satisfaction surveys.
Confidentiality: The post holder must maintain the confidentiality of the company and its clients/ contacts at all the times.
Skills And Knowledge Educational Qualifications: Bachelor in any stream with MBA/PGDBM (Marketing) Travels and Tourism
Relevant Experience: 2-6 of experience in core sales and Marketing Candidates with experience in travel and tourism industry will be preferred

- Excellent communication skills with pleasant personality
- Good Knowledge of the service industry Should be able to create and market the brand of the company
- Good in building strong relationship with the clients
- Good in negotiation should have very good interpersonal skills
- Good selling skills and marketing acumen team player open to multicasting customers orientation
- Continues improvements in customer services and necessary upgrades to exceed customer expectations
- Good presentation skills Analytical skills ability to analyze situation and provide solutions
