- Pursue opportunities towards inorganic/organic growth in the healthcare provider space
- Identifying potential growth markets, short-listing prospects to partner
- Prepare business presentations including offers, proposals, term sheets, MoU/Agreements in coordination with the legal teams on the prospective Deals
- Aquisition of Clinics for clinical partnership and managing of end to end deal
- Prepare and present presentations and materials on Deals in hand as necessary for approvals.
- Financial modeling & valuation and scenario analysis. Review financial / tax / legal due diligence reports
- Project management from initiation, management approval, project execution to post-closing matters, including liaison, coordination and follow-up with different departments including legal & compliance.
- Performance tracking of all executed BD projects.
Profile
- Education: Master / MBA Degree or equivalent with major in Business Development / Finance
- Minimum experience of 8-12 years of experience in Business Development with Good written and spoken communication.
- Proven track record of performance of Key account management in the region with an international/national company preferable in Medical Devices, capital equipment's, healthcare, life sciences or Pharma with project management experience; some legal exposure is a plus
- With a positive attitude, Customer handling skills, Result Oriented, Quick Learner and good in Word, Powerpoint and EXCEL
- Experience in the Health Industry will be preferred. Preferred: Experience with the acquisition of practices (Opthal, Lab, Dental or Nephro sector has such profiles)
- Strong business & financial analytical skills, good sense for numbers, and eye for detail Strong business & financial analytical skills, good sense for numbers.
- Strong excel skills, preferably financial modeling experience
- Good presentation skills and proficient with PowerPoint & Word, experience in creating business cases/proposals
