Position- Manager - Sales Institutional Business
Job Description / Role
1. Accountable for Business Development for the concerned Zone.
2. To promote health & wellness services to new corporates, retain existing clients
3. Create new leads & aggressively grow & retain the market share
4. Leverage his relationships with corporate to pitch Apollo Life OHC(Occupational Health Center's) to the market.
5. Write effective proposals for clients
6. Innovate bundled VAS for clients
7. Ability to network and create working relationships with Apollo Hospital, Pharmacy & Clinics
8. Develop vendor relationships with existing & future vendors
9. Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage workforce deployment
10. Manage costs & expenses judiciously
11. Getting Sponsorship for our New Programs and events, with self motivation.
12. Coordinating with various corporates to initiate the programs.
13. It also involves managing the local office and overseeing the performance of the staff.
14. Submit daily reports to the reporting manager
