Responsibilities :

- Actively promote and develop our fragrance portfolio business across India with the existing and new customers. The target industry is Personal Care, Air Care, Home Care and Fine Fragrances.

- Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.

- Obtain product approvals at Key customers in co-ordination with other sales managers.

- Design and establish business models to promote fragrances in different regions / customers.

- Conduct customer-specific concepts and strategies and align them with management.

- Apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.

- Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data. 


- Analyze market potential and opportunities to pursue market growth and deepen market penetration, e.g. attracting new customers, applications, and innovations.

- Negotiate and close deals with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation.

Required Skills :

- Successful track record in fragrance industry / personal care in business development / sales roles.

- Qualification or experience in fragrance and perfumes.

- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
