Job Role:
- To Identify new opportunities in the geography and build sales team capability.
- Equip sales team with capability for selling organization products.
- Design regional strategy for sales and distribution domain and GTM and Rural Business.
- Drive trade marketing, GTM initiative.
- Support Sales development team in conceptualization and execution of AW and trade level programs.
- Build strategy for weak geography and empower team.
- Drive regional development agenda.
