Job description:

- This position will be responsible to manage Institutional & B2B business (Office & School Supplies) in South, East and North East India.

- Business Performance - Establishing strong corporate relationships for achievement of top-line & bottom-line targets.

- Business Expansion - Research prospective accounts, map potential industry-wise Institutional customers as well as Office/ School suppliers, pursue leads and follow-up to secure, negotiate and close business deals.

- Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships & enlarge the scope of existing client relationships.

- Identifying new markets and addressing their needs through existing products or developing customized products as per specific requirements.

- Solution-based approach towards meeting and exceeding client requirements and inculcating the elements of the solution in the designed products.

- Developing the whole go-to market front-end value chain, from developing products, evaluation, and appointment of Channel partners in assigned region.

- Problem Solving Talent - Pro-actively identifying & resolving problems, controlling costs, maximizing productivity & delivering profitable business logistics, distribution, and multi-location delivery.

- Educating self on company as well as competitor products by keeping a constant eye on new brands / products being introduced in the market.

- Finding ways to maintain seamless channel of engagement with the end-client.

- Aligning with partners and stakeholders operating in the same ecosystem to create win-win partnerships.

- Maintain good commercial hygiene by ensuring payments are collected on time

Education and Experience: Graduate with MBA, preferably in Marketing.

Additional information:

- At least 5 years' experience in Institution, B2B and Corporate sales.

- High-level communication, relationship-management and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Comfortable with Excel, Word and Powerpoint
