Strategic :

- To ensure alignment of Company's goal and vision and dealers' goal and vision - bring element of synergy where both parties are profitable

- To ensure systematic growth of dealer top-line and bottom-line

- Responsible for dealer's ROI

- To own the local branding and market presence of Steelcase in the market, whilst taking support of the dealer

- To look for new and profitable avenues in the market for business growth

Transactional :

- To own the market revenue target for Pune region, supported through dealership

- To support the dealer in lead generation, customer pitches, pricing and customer communications

- To be the one-stop interface between the dealer and Company while taking support of sales-support functions such as SRN, Projects, Ops and finance

- To own market intel along with dealer and ensure participation of Company in relevant opportunities
