Job Summary

1. Responsible for acquisition of new clients

2. Will be reporting to the Regional Manager - Sales

3. This will be a field sales role

Key Focus area for the individual

1. Responsible for achievement of sales targets as per the business plan

2. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

3. Make cold calls to get new business leads

4. Meet & Build relationships with Key decision-makers

5. Submit business proposals, negotiate & close deals

6. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

What are we looking for?

1. Female candidates who have Direct B to B sales experience of 2+ years

2. Any Degree / MBA preferred

3. Female candidates who were in Business development manager, Sales Manager, Business development executive & Account manager roles would be preferred.

4. Female candidates with experience in interacting with CFOs, CXOs and Head HRs are only preferred.

5. Excellent communication & organization skills,

Salary offered: 7-10LPA
