Qualification : Post Graduate
Experience : 8 to15 Years
Location : Mumbai or Bangalore
Job Description :
1) Should have a proven experience in sourcing business from the IT / Automotive / Engineering Technology / E-commerce / Start-ups domain.
2) Should have preferably worked on Series A funded up to established startup companies.
3) Should be able to convert cold contacts into deals.
4) should have more experience in sourcing both retained & Contingent deals.
5) Should be creative in approach to upsell services of the companies and should be a go-getter & target driven.
6) Should have the knowledge to create/modify company presentations or create corporate decks.
7) Should have a flair for online BD / Sales.
8) Domain agnostic preferred.
- Experience of 8 to 15 years. Looking for someone who can get us Advisory, consulting, and retained/contingent deals.
- Advisory and consulting would open new avenues for us to set leadership teams and be their preferred talent advisors.
- Someone who can get us signed up with PE / VC's where we are the retained partners to work on all the funded companies by a particular PE / VC.
The above requirements will able be the primary responsibilities of an ideal candidate.
