We are looking for a Business Development Manager from Engineering Services background

Role:

The role of Business Development Manager (BDM) is a strategic level selling/market position supporting our growth and expansion of business based on services needs in the India marketplace

Qualifications:

- Person will be a goal-oriented individual who can demonstrate proven results in business development for Engineering Services

- Person will have successful experience exceeding 10+ years in initiating, cultivating, and managing large customers that include Fortune 500 companies and/or key target accounts

- Skilled in the large account sales process as well as a consultative approach to sales and relationship management with the ability to effectively align customer goals with differentiated solutions

- He/she will be an excellent communicator who is able to present equally well to all levels of a client organization

- Has demonstrated relationship building with Directors and VPs level

- Demonstrate competence with the Microsoft Office suite of products

- Strong ability to follow sales systems, documentation, and organization skills

- Demonstrate competence with Salesforce and/or another CRM tool
