- Actively manage the entire sales process (end to end) from lead generation to on-boarding across edu clients (K12, Higher Education, Test Prep & Upskilling categories)
- Build and Manage the sales pipeline for the branch/region
- Quick learner to stay on top of recent developments
- Ability to map-customer requirements with product roadmap and contribute in driving product development efforts
- Getting new accounts on-boarded and managing / growing Key Accounts
- Manage customer relationship, including escalations
