Job Description:

- Co-ordinate and Manage the preparation of EOI/Proposals

- Prepare summary and key points of opportunities for obtaining approvals to proceed

- Rewrite CVs as per requirements of the RFP

- Arrange proposal meetings, prepare detailed program of inputs and deadlines

- Follow up with external consultants and obtain detailed information and negotiate for professional fees

- Prepare outlines of submissions and monitor progress in preparation

- Maintain strong relationships with associates/technical writers and establish contact lists

- Assist in the identification of and sourcing of personnel and re-write of CVs

- Identify external experts in the line of company's business domain

- Present and attend seminars, exhibitions and network meetings

- Prepare information brochures and publicity materials related to projects

- Monitoring and updating of Project Data Sheets.

- Obtain Project completion certificates from client in collaboration with project manager

- Updating and distribution of Marketing Material and Reviews.

Qualifications - Post Graduate in International Development, Social Work, Economics, Rural Development, Sociology or related Areas

- Management and Post Graduate Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements - 6-8 years- experience in business development in the social development sector

- Knowledge of bi and multi-lateral development funding agencies.

- Demonstrable interest and/or experience of working in the international development sector.

Essential Skills - Excellent IT skill and self-reliant in developing and formatting documents

- Excellent communication skills: able to clearly communicate complex information

- Strong organisational skills

- Excellent communication skills, particularly fluency in English: able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing

- Excellent research skills

- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Open to working in multi-cultural environment and effectively in small and large teams
