Business Development Manager

(Staffing)-full time remote US Shift

We're seeking a Business Development Manager to help make Coding Dojo one of the most desirable and dynamic places to work. Your role would primarily be developing and nurturing our hiring partner network.

You'll be the key liaison between cross-functional teams, leadership, and staff when it comes to embracing Coding Dojo's culture, values, and mission!

Coding Dojo is a global education technology company that offers a three-full-stack computer programming bootcamp, as well as specialty programming in Data Science, Cybersecurity and UX/UI. Our innovative curriculum and Learning Management System are designed to train students to become self-sufficient, regardless of their technical background. Job Requirements:

- Prospect for new logos; create and send targeted email campaigns and/or messages via social media platforms to a large number of prospects

- Pursue and qualify inbound/outbound opportunities. Book meetings with prospects and take an active role in advancing the sales process.

- Penetrating new business through meetings/presentations explaining Coding Dojo's service offerings with key hiring managers and senior level executives from different industries

- Close complex sales cycles in a competitive market through consultative sales approach while negotiating business terms when necessary

- Effectively develop and maintain a robust B2B sales pipeline to meet projected revenue goals

- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets including new client meetings, agreements signed, and new business gained

- Aid in the development of a new department, contribute insights and actively communicate successes, and potential roadblocks and challenges.

- Oversee the business development operations and account handoffs, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and professionalism

- Work with stakeholders to understand project resources, capabilities and bandwidth and translate those services for potential clients and business partners

- Help build strategic engagements that fosters trust and long term relationships between business and Coding Dojo's resources

- Successfully maintain, farm, and expand existing client base

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales or similar majors

- 3+ years of experience in SDR or BDR role in B2B sales with preferred background in educational services, technology or recruiting services

- Any digital agency or creative services background is a plus

- Strong track record of achieving sales goals

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking

- Strong communicator who is highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Skilled individual contributor with an appreciation for working with a team to improve the company and achieve goals

- Ability to operate in a high-growth global environment where we are still

learning and evolving.
