We have career opportunity as BDM Alliance B2B Sales at Mumbai.
Job Responsibility:
- Last 3-5 year working in business development (B2B) of liquid injectable /Onco / Super specialty segment for Domestic market
- Exposure of handling of Top 10 Customers (A-Grade) in India.
- Directly responsible for revenue generation from customers.
- Knowledge of Product market share, regulated customer Product approval requirements, price variations, competitor's positioning, expected growth for product segment etc
- Currently or have worked in past with Onco manufacturing organization
- Good in English written and verbal communication. Pleasing personality with professional BD outlook.
- Able to work in uncertain/unstructured environment with Plan B/C working
- Must be ready to travel around within India
- Total Experience : 10 to 12 Yrs
Threshold Requirement in the Job role ( additional but not mandatory)
- Qualification : BSc / B Pharm
Expected Output ( Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year
- Sales Revenue of 30 to 40 Cr in FY 2020-21
- Addition of at least 2 to 4 new customer term sheets finalization mainly with A & B+ Grade CEP regulated customers by H1 of FY 21 -22
- Customer Satisfaction rating of 4 and above of Domestic Market
