We are Hiring for Business Development Manager in Digital Agency at Mumbai
Position : Business Development Manager
Experience : 3 to 6 Yr in Digital Agency
Job Location - Andheri, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
- Develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the agency goals and revenue targets.
- Lead the response to brief and pitching; lead and support the pitch teams.
- Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the agency revenue goal.
- Work with the Account Managers to identify new opportunities within existing client business or contacts. Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Highly polished pitch and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Expert networking skills to generate new business and relationships
- Ability to develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Ability to work at speed and under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen, written and oral communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate - genuinely love digital and enjoy solving problems for clients
