Role:
1) Deliver frameworks for the creation of business development plans for individual trade partners and ensure achievement of desired market shares across all channels in geographical territories for every single product category.
- Ensure that all company products obtain maximum focus and opportunities across all channels and all geographical territories.
2) Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales.
- Design an effective system to ensure the team provides accurate reports on existing and new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new products and business opportunities with the identified key target customer.
- Establish new product development and monitoring new product growth as per management objectives.
3) Maintain up-to-date market intelligence of all industry trends, issues, and news.
- Monitor competition in the area and keep up-to-date information on their activities.
