3.Explore potential business opportunities.

Job Description The incumbent in this position will be primarily responsible for the following:

1.Explore business opportunities to expand RMC business in tier I & II cities of India and in MMR region for Commercial RMC Plants.

2.Explore business opportunities to expand RMC business in tier I & II cities for captive Plants.

3.Explore business opportunities with the help of newspaper, media, different magazines and CRISIL report, etc.

4.Identifying land & arrange site visit to the location.

5.Carry out feasibility analysis with respect to different aspects of the business. (Environmental, Legal, Financial, Resources, Power, Equipments availability, site etc.)

6.Prepare business plan and present to the top management.

7.Execute land agreement with owner.

8.Formulate timelines for actual implementation of the business plan.

9.Explore and identify potential business opportunities for Godrej Construction

10.Identify business opportunities for GCD in Building Construction Materials industry for Concrete blocks, Pavers, Precast elements.

11.Carry out preliminary techno-commercial evaluation for presenting and justifying the business case.

12.To help assist in detailed business case evaluation and presentation.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Qualification Bachelor in Civil Engineering

Preferred Qualification Bachelor in Civil Engineering with Post-Graduation in Management preferred.

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE

Essential Experience 7 years with at least 3 years in managing similar type of work assignments in the Concrete Products/ Building Construction Materials industry.
