Dynamic startup in the Co-Living space who aspires to be the top player in the coming months - seeking Business Development Managers at all levels to take their business model to prospective clients.
KRA's :
- Assessing the demand potential of the territory assigned by detailed mapping of different customer segments (working professionals, students, etc) specifically in high potential areas with large Tech / IT parks, SEZs, universities /colleges /institutes, large Corporate offices, etc.
- Understanding of key dynamics of existing supply - by mapping existing properties relevant to the company's business and evaluating the type of properties, quantity, demand-supply gaps, pricing etc.
- Meeting with potential suppliers - property owners / developers in target markets to assess on-ground acquisition potential and in-depth understanding of all key components involved in making a successful acquisition/ tie-up.
- BD Manager would be responsible for growing business in assigned territory and will be responsible to generate project leads, develop strategic alliances with real estate builders, channel partners/brokers, and land owners,
- Should be excellent in presentation skills - would make engaging presentations about the company and the business model to real estate developers and channel partners and acquire projects for business.
- The role involves field work and spending face time with prospects
Experience: :
- MBA Candidates with 5-10 years of experience of real estate sales / B2B sales working in leading real estate companies, IPC's / property brokerage. ( Preferred from IPC's / Tier1 Developers)
- Strong presentation and communication skills are a must / Adept in Excel and Powerpoint with an aptitude for numbers.
- Should be able to work with minimal supervision and independently capable of meeting owners/top-management of the prospective partners
