Manager - Business Development : Civil / Engineering Consultancy: Bihar/ Jharkhand/ Orissa

We are looking for a seasoned business development professional from Civil/ engineering consultancy domains. Candidates with 7 to 10 years of experience in this industry would be preferred. The JD for the position is as under:

JD is as follows:

- Co-ordinate and Manage the preparation of EOI/ Proposals:

- Identification of business opportunities related to the sectors - Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Infrastructure - Highways, Ports, Airports, Bridges, Tunnels, etc.

- Prepare summary and key points of opportunities for obtaining approvals to proceed

- Ensure compliance of proposal as per tender requirements

- Rewrite / develop profiles of key experts as per requirements of the RFP

- Arrange proposal meetings, prepare detailed program of inputs and deadlines, pre-bid queries

- Maintenance of database on key experts and companies;

- Identification of and sourcing of experts

- Monitor progress in preparation of proposal
