Business Development & Sales

- Commenced company's operations in Brazil & Argentina with a SKD assembly line

- Managing International Business Operations of exports for car,

Data Insights Management

- Extensively travelled across South Sudan to strengthen the dealer base in the region and monitor sales activities

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies

Business Planning and Forecasting: 

- Formulating business strategies, product and price positioning and strategic utilization of resources to achieve organizational business objectives

- Assisting in demand planning by analyzing sales trends and manage supply chain

Key Account Management : 

- Functioning as Regional Manager, providing support to Overseas Team on issues related to sale, service, spares and marketing

- Ascertaining the streams for revenue growth & developing plans to build consumer preference

- Maintaining cordial relationship with decision makers in various functions
