Business Development Manager (building materials)
- Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers in the untapped market in the Western India (Mumbai) and Northern India (Delhi)
- Own and drive the B2B Sales pipeline in Govt. Sector / PSUs / Leading Housing Society Developers / Leading Real Estate Service Firms / Leading Architects and Planters organizations.
- Prepare and present impressive client pitches for our products lines.
- Create and execute a regional sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets
- Optimize business development plan by working closely with new channel partners to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through development and prequalification of leads
- Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing & Product, Development) to promote sales for new and existing customers to maximize brand visibility
- Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMC's and Fabricators
- Liasoning with the new infrastructure projects. Managing project sales & Institutional sales
- Identifying new clients & new Projects. Coordinating with the Client & PMC Meeting with architects
