Business Development Manager- Building Management System

Job Location :

Mumbai / Bangalore & Gurgaon

Purpose of Job :

Looking for a sales & solution expert as a part of the Business Development and Sales team. They will be expected to deliver on the following :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end to end the pre-sales cycle starting from market research to fix a meeting.

- Target customer base shall be the Real Estate, Commercial buildings, and Facility Management players.

- Delivering introductory pitches to all incoming leads.

- Reaching out to new prospects through calling, emailing, and networking.

- Responding to RFPs from across the industry.

- The knack of understanding the clients' requirements and tailor-pitch the product accordingly.

- Helping the direct sales team in building and delivering effective presentations, product decks, and proposals.

- Physically visiting various client locations to understand their infrastructure, determine the scope of product and thereafter using the data to make the required commercial offer.

- Representing the company in various events and generate Sales lead.

Qualifications and Experience :

- We need a solution sales guy to handle direct sales with 3-6 years of relevant work experience.

- Bachelor's in engineering with MBA/PDGM from a premier institute.

- Must be well-versed with the complexities of Building, Hotel electrical asset infrastructure, and experience in handling BMS is an added advantage.

- Capability and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal direction.

- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
