Business Development Manager (US)


Role Summary:

- Looking for a Business Development Representative who can provide consulting and build new relationships for the organization.


- The right person will work in close partnership with the Pre-Sales and Sales Leaders to achieve a successful presentation of the company's solutions.


- As a Business Development Representative (BDR) specializing in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Digital Transformation space, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.


- You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and positioning the company's BPO and Digital Transformation solutions as the ideal choice for their organizational requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential clients within the BPO and Digital Transformation industry. Utilize various channels such as social media, industry events, online platforms, and cold outreach to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

- Qualification and Needs Analysis: Engage with leads to assess their business challenges, pain points, and requirements. Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine if the company's BPO and Digital Transformation solutions align with their objectives.

- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations. Establish rapport, understand their organizational structure, and demonstrate the value proposition of the company's BPO and Digital Transformation services.

- Vertical and Horizontal: Sequence methodologies and gaining client engagement and interaction over time.

- Solution Positioning: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging. Effectively communicate the benefits and capabilities of the company's BPO and Digital Transformation solutions, tailoring them to address the unique needs of each potential client.

- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide them with the necessary background information, insights, and intelligence gathered during the prospecting phase. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. Responsibility for prospect conversion to sales meetings.

- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the BPO and Digital Transformation space. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and target segments for business growth. Aligning messaging to outcomes.

- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools or other systems to track and manage lead interactions, progress, and outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications and opportunities.

- Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities,

conversion rates, and pipeline status to the sales and management teams. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation efforts.

- International Experience: Performing these sales actions in the pursuit of clients in the USA, UK, Canada and/or AUS markets.

Skills and Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in the BPO and Digital Transformation industry, including its trends, challenges, and key players. Technical aptitude.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions.

- Proven track record in lead generation, business development, or sales.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Familiarity with CRM tools or other sales software for lead management and reporting. Assisted and Auto Dialers, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, or similar tools.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new technologies, solutions, and industry developments.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical related field is preferred.

As a BDR specializing in BPO and Digital Transformation, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of the company's business and expanding its client base. By effectively identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and positioning the company's solutions, you will contribute to the overall success and revenue generation of the organization in this rapidly evolving industry.
