Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC):-

- Debt Restructuring

- Financial modelling

- Preparation of presentation and documents for meeting with lenders and outside parties:

- Making relevant presentation as per the forum and the target audience and compiling relevant documents for meetings with banks and outsiders.

Interacting with Auditors and Lenders:

- Interacting with Auditors and Lenders and addressing their queries.

Communicating with lenders in case of wrongful interpretation by them of clauses in the loan agreements.

Preparation of relevant MIS:

- Responsibilities include preparation of relevant MIS for top management relating to Long term loans and loan covenants there under
