JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the growth of market share and customer base in the Indian market that aligns with corporate strategy
- Lead regional sales, and work closely with Product, Operation and other teams to deliver revenue and customer growth
- Drive business development efforts including partners acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners and clients
- Identify potential market opportunities and implement strategies to acquire
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- MBA in any discipline
- Preferably 7+ years of experience in finance, technology, or related sectors
- Experience in business development, with a good track record
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity
- Strong analytical skill with excellent communication and negotiations skills
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English due to the regional coverage
