We are hiring for the Business Development Manager for an leading organization for New Delhi Location.

JOB Description:

- A minimum of +4 years of experience in Insurance Broking & Consultancy Services, with at least 3 years of experience in a Corporate/ Direct sales role.

- Strong understanding of the insurance market landscape, including competitors and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent knowledge of insurance products, especially Non-Life /Non Motor insurance such as Group Health, Property, Marine, etc.

- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
