1: Sales revenue targets

Own sales revenue targets of assigned geography/channel in the regionally for self and assigned team ( if any)

a) Conduct meeting with prospective clients for joint business propositions

b) Meet the business targets provided and keep a track of revenue in actual vs projections.

c) Maintain relationship with clients to understand their requirements and be one point of contact for them for education offerings.

d) Market intelligence in terms of competition offerings

e) Effective marketing campaigning to increase reach and sales.

2: Client / Channel management

Direct sales and management of existing clients and channel partners relationships.

a) Provide information to clients on new updates in product offerings

b) Create more visibility of educational offerings to clients on regular basis

c) Assist in client queries and perform operations as per contract by coordinating with HO, marketing, accounts teams.

d) Understand client needs and offer solution and build a long-term relationship with clients

3: Clients acquisition:

Acquire new to NAL client/partnerships with Corporates/ institutions, education service providers for BFSI certifications, courses, online products i.e. Knowledge Hub, NSmart Trading Simulator Executive education/MDP in finance etc.

4: New products/revenue lines

Market and create avenues to generate revenue for new products/offerings in offline/online domain. Ensure go to market planning and delivery operations.

5: Customer service

Ensure customer delight and higher service standards in delivery and operations on the programs. Client Solutioning and Coordination as well as creating programs

6: Marketing and promotion

Design local promotion and cobranding strategies with clients and channel partners under the broad organisational marketing and brand guidelines.

7: Month end reports and payouts

a) Create and circulate monthly reports/ invoices and revenue to partner organisations/ corporates and internal departments

b) Coordinate fee processing of payments

c) Maintain detailed trackers and enter all data into the System.
