Manager - Business Development - Beauty & Wellness Services

About Our Client :

Our client is a multinational retail giant which operates in Beauty and Wellness services through a network of franchised salons.

Job Location - Hyderabad & Chennai

Role Overview :

The role holder would be responsible for supporting the organisation expansion plans and increasing its footprint in the region he/she is managing. The scope of the role would revolve around developing business through relationships with investors & prospects, identify catchments, mapping potential business areas, franchisee development and thus enhance the presence of the brand across the geography

- Identify potentially good properties for salon set up along with the IPC, real estate agents & developers in the approved catchment.

- Franchisee identification, sourcing and mapping

- Co-ordinate with Ops.& Projects team for preparing the capital expenditure proposal and get it approved from CFO / CEO

- Deal negotiations and closures

- Ensure smooth handover of the property as per target business plan.

- Manage legal & liaising compliances.

Desired Profile :

- 4-9 years of experience in rolling out service outlets for retail service industry (food, apparel, accessories, jewellery, beauty & wellness etc).

- Ability to identify potential business opportunities.

- Experience in handling legal / secretarial issues.

- Commercial acumen in terms of catchment analysis & project evaluation.

- Relationship building skills.

- Candidates from Beauty/Salon chains will be highly preferred.
