- Creating specialized marketing collaterals to promote the range of offerings of the luxury bath brand "
- Playing a key role in the retail and key projects segments; supporting the primary, secondary and tertiary sales for the brand
- Providing support to retail store managers, exclusive dealers and sales staff to help raise awareness of new products, company news, promotions or coupons
- Tracking sub-segment wise primary, secondary and tertiary sales and shared reports with the top management
- Understanding the customer niche and pushing the sales of a wide range of luxury design and premium bathroom shower designs, high-end bathtubs, and Modern & designer showers
- Dealing directly and managing a niche portfolio of HNIs, Business Tycoons, Top Designers, Architects, and Builders to help them understand and select the best premium range of products
- Researching the consumer markets, monitoring the latest market trends, and identifying all the potential areas a brand must invest in considering the spending habits and the needs of the customer
- Conceptualizing strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation, realizing organizational goals; implementing plans/objectives in sync with vision and mission; ensuring performance parameters are under control - budget, P&L figures, acquisition cost, and team KPIs
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing operations with the top and renowned Interiors & Architects, (DIA, ABID), Premium Developers & HNI Clients
- Partnering with core business operations to increase the company's footprint, expand market share, and generate sustainable revenue gains
