Business Development Manager for one of the Banking Software Organization (Europe & APAC)
Objectives of this Role:
- Represent company with a comprehensive understanding of product offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how solutions meet them, and then drive the same with effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives in the longer run.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing or business administration
- 13+years in sales management within a corporate setting, preferably with a knowledge of either banking and finance or IT.
- Good exposure in handling APAC or Europe region
- Handled clients who are global and has extensive experience of acquiring new global clients.
- Experience and understanding of the Pre-sales cycle and business development overall.
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
