Business Developement Manager
An Aviation and Aerospace startup would like to hire the following positions for the Bengaluru location for its upcoming project into the non-scheduled aviation industry.
Role : Lead Business Development Manager:
Location : Bangalore
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :
- The candidate should be dynamic, smart, and should be able to work in an early-stage start-up environment.
- The candidate should be having 5+ years of experience and should have relevant experience in the aviation industry.
- The responsibilities include researching and identifying, initiate, qualify, lead, and execute strategic sales cycle and game-changing deals.
- Own end-to-end new business opportunities, from creating leads to closing deals.
- Develop market research, pricing of new products and services, contract development, inventory support, operational planning and development and initial implementation.
- Creating strategic marketing and sales plans and implement them to ensure the achievement of respective business plans.
- Obtain market intelligence and competitive data pertaining to potential targeted pursuits and develop marketing strategies that maximize the value of that intelligence. Conduct competitive intelligence activities, gap analysis, and provide support to special programs and evaluations as necessary and directed.
Remuneration : Salary + ESOPS
Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in Aviation industry /Non-scheduled Airlines can APPLY
