Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing large accounts in Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Healthcare domain
- Develop strategy for new market entry.
- Develop business in T&M work package and fixed price.
- Responsible for profitability of assigned businesses.
- Build and sustain long lasting relationship with key customer contacts
- Develop innovative solutions and business models for potentials opportunities
- Ensure cash flow from all businesses
- Liaise with cross functional teams internally for different tasks
- Team management
- Manage and train junior team members
