Senior Outbound Sales Manager (Bicycles & Electric Bicycles)

Job Summary:

Hornback is looking for a Senior Outbound Sales Manager who seeks to work in an environment of high action and quick growth. He/she will be responsible for managing and driving the sales of E Bikes and Conventional Bicycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of exceeding sales targets. He/she should have at least 5-7 years of experience in outbound sales activities of electric / non electric bicycles, including pop-ups, events, and partnering with organisations such as schools and office campuses.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

2. Build and manage relationships with channel partners, dealerships, and other sales partners.

3. Identify and target potential customers and markets through outbound sales activities such as pop-ups, events, and partnerships with organisations.

4. An ability to drive sales via e-commerce platforms and our website will be a plus.

5. Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to the leadership team.

6. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to develop new sales strategies and techniques.

7. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events.
