Main Duties :
Business Development :
Dealer Financials :
- RoS Monitoring - Coordination with the agency and network for financial data updation. Tracking of dealer RoS and report to management
- Accounts Reconciliation Coordination between VW accounts, Porsche India Team and dealer personnel for periodic account reconciliation
- Sales Mystery Shopping Coordination with PME/ network for wave setup, tracking of result and report to management. Follow up on action items as per the results
- C@P Training support to the network, troubleshooting for technical problem and coordination with IT/ PME for resolution. Development/ update of reporting template. Follow up with the network for data updation
- Porsche Passion report Follow up on case closure, email id corrections. Trouble shooting for technical problems and coordination with IT/ PME for resolution. Tracking of results and report to management
- Support implementation of DMS in the network
KPI Specialist :
- Analysing key data for a monthly evaluation of business requirements, enablers and assessment of Sales and Service business to improve performance
- Initiatives / Action plans for KPI result improvement
- Up to date information of KPI
- Comparison of key data with historical data for trends
- Comparison of KPI values of Porsche Centres and their performance
- Periodic reports to dealers; g their performance with benchmarks and best performer in network
Management Information :
- Collating/ validating reports from various departments for the director.
- Collating/ validating reports on topics external to the organisation macro and micro economic factors
- Prepare and provide MIS to Management
- Prepare business presentations
The holder of the position must be able to prioritize and schedule tasks.
He / She must be pro-active and hands-on, constantly keep abreast of changes in his field of work and be a good team player in order to interact with all levels.
