PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Building & Maintaining Relationships:

- The BDM would be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within private and public banks.

- This involves regular communication, meetings, and networking events to understand the needs of the banks and how the asset reconstruction company can fulfill those needs.

Identify Opportunities:

- They need to identify potential opportunities for collaboration between EARC and the banks.

- This could involve identifying distressed assets held by the banks that could be acquired or managed by company

Market Research & Analysis:

- It's essential for the BDM to stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

- This knowledge will help them identify new opportunities and anticipate potential challenges.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

- They need to work closely with other teams within company such as legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of deals and projects with the banks.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

- Providing excellent customer service to the banks is crucial for maintaining long-term relationships.

- The BDM should be responsive to their needs and concerns and strive to exceed their expectations.
