Manager - Business Development - Architectural Institutional Sales

JOB PURPOSE

- To make brand GREENPANEL the Go- TO brand for the AEC fraternity.

- To increase the visibility of the brand within Architects and Interior designers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- To meet architects, interior designers & builders, and get brand GREENPANEL specified for projects.

- Identifying new projects, the corresponding architect and develop business opportunity with them.

- Consistently meet Architects / Builder and their site teams, and develop a rapport with them so that our product is approved by them for their projects.

- Market mapping wrt competition - within the category and in the wood panel industry as well.

- Identify and Evaluate trade exhibition, which take place in India at different locations, and develop plans based on the footfall and our business requirement.

- Collecting and evaluating data of Project Parties and following the cycle till the loop is closed.

- Laisse with respective branch and take the specification to a logical conclusion
